[CONGRATULATIONS] USeP shines at HABI 4.0 workshop โ€“ National Innovation Day 2026!

The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) proudly congratulates its team from the College of Education for being recognized as one of the Top 10 teams under the Learning and Education category during the HABI (Huddle, Analyze, Build, Innovate) 4.0 Workshop, held on April 28, 2026, at the Diamond Hotel Manila as part of the 2026 National Innovation Day Celebration.

During the workshop, the team presented their AI-powered solution, Ninchi, which aims to transform learning experiences through interactive and personalized technologies. Notably, Ninchi previously emerged as a winner during the AGILab Pitching Competition held in line with Hudyaka 2026, further
demonstrating its potential to contribute meaningful impact in the education sector.

The team is composed of mentors Engr. Elpedio Menendez Corbeta Jr. and Engr. Francis Louise Yap, with Engr. Yap also serving as adviser, alongside members Dr. Eden Stephanie B. Bolido, Mr. Ian M. Quibete, Ms. Raiza R. Bayacag, and Mr. Crestian Jhon P. Dalumbar. Their dedication, creativity, and collaborative effort proved instrumental in achieving this milestone and bringing pride to the University.

USeP commends the team for their outstanding achievement and remains steadfast in supporting initiatives that drive innovation, research, and community impact. The University looks forward to the continued development and success of Ninchi as it contributes to shaping the future of learning and
education.

on the CEd Festival tabulation

We, the Guild of English Major Students Executives of the College of Education, would like to clarify the concerns regarding the tabulation of results from the recently concluded activity.

Following a thorough and collective deliberation with the Local Council, all organization heads were given the opportunity to review and verify the tabulation. While adjustments were made due to deductions and corrections in score inputs, the final results resulted in a change of Overall Scores.

As representatives of our respective programs, we have mutually agreed to uphold the final tabulation and recognize the deserving champions and runners-up. This decision was reached collectively, with fairness, understanding, and unity in mind.

We also agreed to maintain confidentiality on specific tabulation details to prevent confusion and unnecessary conflict. This was formally acknowledged through a non-disclosure agreement among all organization heads.

With this, we stand as one with the Local Council in affirming the final results. We respectfully encourage everyone to support this unified decision and to raise any further concerns through proper internal channels.

Let us continue to promote ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†, ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜, and ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ within our College.

With their guidance and expertise, we celebrated more than crowns, sashes, or titlesโ€”we celebrated character, conviction, and growth. Through careful evaluation and professionalism, every candidateโ€™s efforts were seen, heard, and valued. Our esteemed judges' wisdom and mastery of the craft of pageantry helped GEMS redefine what it means to use oneโ€™s voice on a prestigious platform. We are truly grateful for their role in continuing the legacy of Mr. and Ms. GEMS! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’Žโœจ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ”ฅ
