𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀: 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🇵🇭🔥

The final day of 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 (April 24-26) centered on sustainability and culinary innovation through the Interschool Market-to-Table Experience, a dedicated platform for showcasing the exceptional talents of students from various institutions.

The program commenced with a panel discussion led by 𝗖𝗢𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗣 𝗫𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗖 regarding the Preservation of Backyard Fruits in the Davao Region, emphasizing the importance of utilizing indigenous produce in modern hospitality. In this interschool showcasing of talents, students from the PWC Hospitality Management department demonstrated their technical expertise by featuring Marang as the star ingredient, successfully executing a professional three-course showcase consisting of an appetizer, main dish, and dessert.

This feat was achieved through the hard work of our student representatives, 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗞𝘆𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼, under the dedicated guidance of their coach, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗣. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗼. The experience concluded with a food tasting session, proving the versatility of local treasures and providing a significant platform for our students to deepen their commitment to culinary excellence. 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳✨

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀: 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🇵🇭🔥

Day 2 of 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 (April 24-26) was a flavorful showcase of regional pride as our students explored the distinct culinary identity of the Davao Region.

The day featured a series of cooking demonstrations from the different provinces, followed by a free tasting session for all guests. Through the "𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮" and "𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮," the provinces of𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗼, 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲, 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 showcased their signature dishes, famous local foods, and traditional delicacies.

This immersive experience allowed our students to witness how food preserves identity and builds heritage. Every dish served was a proud tribute to the community spirit and the diverse culinary bounty of our home. 🥘✨

A vibrant celebration of Filipino culinary excellence comes alive at Ayala Malls Abreeza!

The 𝗣𝗪𝗖 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 kicked off the first day of 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼, held from April 24-26, 2026. Organized by 𝗗𝗢𝗧 𝗫𝗜, 𝗗𝗔 𝗫𝗜, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗖𝗖𝗔, the event opened with the theme “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡,” emphasizing the richness of our shared culinary landscape.

Day 1 Highlights:

𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹: Exploring the shared culinary heritage of the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘀: Insights into Halal Filipino cuisine by 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗹 and technical heritage cooking by 𝗜𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Specialty fruit-infused dishes presented by 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹.

Our students gained a deeper understanding of how our local flavors bridge cultures, setting a strong foundation for the days ahead!

From thrilling championship moments to unforgettable showcases of talent, the HMTM Cluster proved that the flame burns brightest through teamwork, passion, and perseverance.

The HMTM Cluster continues to bring the heat, proving that the fire within only grows stronger with every match. And this is only the beginning. The road to the overall championship is heating up, and the fiercest battle is yet to come.
