Gorgonio Tajo Sr. NHS will conduct Early Registration starting January 31 to February 27, 2026.

Please be reminded of the following:
1. The Registration is face-to-face.
2. Bring a photocopy of the PSA Birth Certificate of your child.
3. Fill-out the Basic Education Early Registration Form.
4. Bring your own ballpen.
