The games have been played, the cheers have echoed, and the memories have been made! 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗗𝗜𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 brought together students filled with energy, passion, talent, and school spirit, making this celebration one to remember. 🎉

From intense competitions to powerful cheers, every team gave their all and showed the true meaning of 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩. Beyond the wins and losses, Panagdiwang gave us moments of friendship, laughter, determination, and pride that will stay with us long after the games are over. 💙

Davao Doctors College, Inc. welcomed 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 on September 21, 2026, for the Davao Doctors College Student Leaders’ Summit 2026, with the theme, “𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑳.𝑰.𝑭.𝑬.”

The session offered DDC student leaders a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the responsibilities that come with leadership and the influence they hold within their organizations and communities. Through insightful discussions and engaging activities, the participants were encouraged to strengthen their communication and teamwork skills, exercise integrity in decision-making, and develop the confidence, accountability, and resilience necessary to lead effectively.

A significant insight shared by Mr. Francis Kong underscored the deeper responsibility of leadership:

“𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.”

The message emphasized that leadership goes beyond authority or position. It calls for the responsible use of influence in making decisions, addressing concerns, and serving the community. In line with the summit theme, student leaders were challenged to turn their learning into meaningful initiatives that promote student engagement and welfare, grounded in Liberty to Learn, Integrity, Fortitude, and Excellence. The summit provided an opportunity for student leaders to reflect on leadership as a continuing commitment to learning, service, and genuine care for others.
