This month, we celebrate not only a language, but also the rich culture, heritage, and identity that make us uniquely Filipino.
With the theme, “Wikang Filipino: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon,” our young learners proudly come together to honor the Filipino language through music, movement, tradition, and joyful expression.
Dressed in beautiful Filipino-inspired attire, our kindergarten pupils showcase their confidence, creativity, and love for our culture.
Through their performance, they remind us that learning our language begins at a young age, and that speaking Filipino is more than simply communicating. It is a way of preserving our stories, values, traditions, and identity.
Today, these young children are not only performers. They are little ambassadors of our Filipino heritage-learning to appreciate where they came from while growing ready to face the challenges of the future.
As the world continues to change, may the Filipino language remain a strong bridge that connects generations.
Because when we teach our children to value our language, we also teach them to value their roots.
Wikang Filipino, our voice, our identity, and our strength in facing the challenges of the times.
Mabuhay ang Wikang Filipino.
Mabuhay ang kulturang Pilipino.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our students and families as we begin another exciting school year at Tender Buds Creative School!

As we start our first week of classes, please remember that some tears and anxiety during drop-off are a normal part of a child’s adjustment to school. This is a developmental phase that many young children experience as they learn to separate from their parents and build confidence in a new environment.

To help make this transition as smooth and positive as possible, we kindly ask for your cooperation during drop-off:

• Keep your goodbye short, calm, and reassuring.
• Pick up your child on time.
• Please do not leave your child abruptly without saying a proper goodbye. While prolonged goodbyes can make separation more difficult, leaving without informing your child may cause confusion, anxiety, and a loss of trust. Research shows that predictable and consistent separations help children develop a sense of security and adjust more successfully to school routines (Robbins, 1997; Waddoups, Yoshikawa, & Strouf, 2019). (Sage Journals)

To support our children during this adjustment period, we will implement a shortened class schedule for the first week:

Senior Nursery
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Junior Nursery
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Kindergarten
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Thank you for your partnership, patience, and trust. Together, we can help our children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning from their very first days of school.
