This June 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Philippine Time), the second session of the Global Signature Course will feature a discussion on "Business Sustainability in Tourism Operations and Sustainable Growth in Tourism Industries."
The session will bring insights from György József Mudri, Lecturer at Budapest Metropolitan University, Hungary, as he explores sustainable business practices in tourism operations and the strategies that support long-term growth and resilience within the tourism industry.
This Global Signature Course forms part of Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao's (Mapúa MCM) collaboration with Cintana Education and Arizona State University (ASU), advancing globally relevant education and fostering cross-cultural learning opportunities.

The 11th Multi-Hazards Summer School 2026, hosted by Tohoku University through the International Research Institute of Disaster Science (IRIDeS), is an international learning program focused on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), resilience building, and interdisciplinary approaches to disaster management.
Designed for graduate students and young researchers from all academic disciplines, the program offers field-based learning, case studies, and discussions on how science, policy, and society can work together to create resilient communities. The 4th One Young World ASEAN Leadership Forum 2026 is a regional platform that gathers youth leaders, innovators, startup founders, and changemakers across ASEAN to collaborate on shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future. The forum is organized by the International Youth Conference in partnership with the 4th International Conference on Community Engagement and Education for Sustainable Development (ICCEESD), with support from Universitas Gadjah Mada and RCE Yogyakarta.
