JMCFI Medical Laboratory Science Program Holds General Orientation for AY 2026–2027.

The Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc. (JMCFI) College of Allied Health Sciences Education – Medical Technology Program, through the Coalesced Organization of Medical Technology Students (COMETS), is currently hosting its General Orientation today, July 23, 2026, at Room 316, RT Lab.

Bringing together Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) students, student leaders, and faculty members, the gathering sets the stage for the new school year by aligning the student body with the program’s standards of academic excellence and professional discipline.

The Orientation provides students with an overview of departmental guidelines, student organization leadership, and academic expectations essential for navigating the medical laboratory science curriculum. Students are also being introduced to the program’s dedicated faculty and staff, building early connections between mentors and students to foster a strong support system within the department.

As the event unfolds, MLS students are actively engaging with department administrators and student officers to discuss key policies and program initiatives for Academic Year 2026–2027. Today's orientation highlights the department's ongoing commitment to preparing competent, dedicated, and community-ready future medical laboratory professionals.
