Tambalî: Integrative Art, Spirituality, and Healing in Psychosocial Therapy brought together voices, stories, and experiences in a shared space of reflection and healing last April 27–28, 2026 at Central Mindanao University. Through conversations on culture, spirituality, food, storytelling, music, sports, and mental health, the two-day gathering highlighted healing as a collective process deeply rooted in community, memory, and lived experience.

Across the conference, participants, speakers, and guests engaged in meaningful exchanges that opened conversations on lived experiences and strengthened appreciation of culture as a grounding force in psychosocial healing and well-being.

This was followed by a community immersion on April 29, 2026 at the Talaandig Cultural Center in Songco, Lantapan, Bukidnon, attended by speakers, guests, and members of the National Committee on Music. The immersion provided an opportunity to engage with the Talaandig community and gain deeper appreciation of their culture, traditions, and indigenous knowledge systems through lived experience.

As we look back on Tambali 2026, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all speakers, guests, facilitators, partners, and participants for their presence and contributions in making this gathering meaningful and impactful. May the connections and reflections formed continue to inspire healing, learning, and community beyond the event. 🍃

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! ✨🌿🗣️

Last April 27–28, 2026 at Central Mindanao University, we came together to reflect on healing through culture, spirituality, food, storytelling, music, sports, and mental health.

For two days, we listened, shared stories, learned from one another, and made space for conversations that reminded us that healing does not happen alone. It lives in community, in memory, and in the people who walk with us through it.

Daghang salamat to everyone who joined us; our speakers, facilitators, partners, and participants for bringing your time, energy, and stories into this gathering.

As Mindanawons, healing means returning to what grounds us: our roots, our stories, and our people. 🍃
