With Deep Sorrow

Today, we mourn the sudden passing of Sir Richard Ortiz, a remarkable individual whose dedication to public service touched the lives of many.

Having crossed paths with him in the field of government work, I had the privilege of witnessing his commitment, professionalism, and genuine passion for serving others. His contributions and achievements left a lasting impact, and his leadership will be remembered by those who had the honor of working alongside him.

Beyond his accomplishments, Sir Richard will be dearly remembered for the happy memories, kindness, and camaraderie he shared with colleagues and friends. His presence brought inspiration, and his legacy will continue to live on in the many lives he influenced.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, and everyone who is grieving this tremendous loss. May he rest in eternal peace.

The Bansalan East District proudly congratulates Ms. Rachel N. Juanir, Teacher I of New Clarin National High School, for her remarkable achievement in international research publication.

Her research paper, "Provocations of Home Economics Teachers in Distance Learning: A Nostalgia," co-authored with Mr. Edward F. Dizon, Principal II and Research Coordinator of Rizal Elementary School, has been officially published in Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal, an international peer-reviewed publication.

This milestone reflects the dedication, excellence, and scholarly spirit of our educators who continue to contribute meaningful knowledge to the field of education. Through their research, the voices and experiences of Home Economics teachers during the transition to distance learning have been amplified, providing valuable insights to educators and researchers worldwide.
