𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐢𝐚 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 | On November 15, 2025, our Dean of Pharmacy and Clinical instructor conducted an official visit to 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐜, 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥. The engagement included a structured company tour that provided an in-depth orientation on the organization’s research, development, and manufacturing operations in the field of natural products. This visit forms a critical component of our institutional preparations for the upcoming internship deployment, ensuring that our training framework remains aligned with current industry practices and professional standards.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Herbanext Laboratory for their generous accommodation and for the valuable technical insights shared, which will significantly contribute to the competency development of our interns. 💊

𝑳𝒐𝒐𝒌 : Last October 16, 2025, our 4th Year Pharmacy Interns, together with the University of Mindanao Pharmacy interns, attended the 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑷𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓 as part of their 180-hour Public Health and Regulatory Pharmacy Internship held at UM Matina Campus.

The session offered insightful learnings that enriched our understanding of regulatory work, public health programs, and pharmacy operations.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the speakers from the City Health Office – Botika ng Bayan and the UM Pharmacy Department for sharing your expertise and for the warm accommodation.

𝑳𝒐𝒐𝒌 : The 4th Year Pharmacy Interns had an enriching experience during their 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒–𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓! Together with fellow interns from SPC and UM, they explored the essential processes behind pharmaceutical storage, inventory, and distribution — all happening in Talomo, Maa, Davao City.

It was an insightful and eye-opening experience that strengthened their knowledge of public health pharmacy and the vital role pharmacists play in ensuring quality healthcare for every community. 💊✨
