Today, my Mandarin students made me cry happy tears. The prizes they won - gifts from China sponsored by Ms. Harriet - were just for participating in my class. In the photo, I’m wearing photochromic glasses not for the sun, but to hide my tears... because who would’ve thought? After my stroke, I thought my teaching days were over. But here I am, standing in front of students who still choose me, still learn from me, still make me proud. With the , 3 subjects I taught, and a heart full of gratitude. Lord, You brought me back to the classroom. 🙏
