Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. formally held the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑺𝑺𝑮) 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒉-𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 2026–2027 on April 21, 2026, at Twin Building A, 2nd Floor, Room 201. Organized by the 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 (𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑺𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑪) and hosted by 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒂-𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏 𝑱𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒛 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝑬𝒃𝒊𝒅𝒐, the event marked the official transition of leadership and responsibilities to the newly elected student officials.

The program commenced with an opening prayer and the singing of the National Anthem, followed by an audio-visual presentation highlighting the vital role of student governance in the institution. In her opening remarks, 𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑺𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑪 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂𝒉 𝑴𝒂𝒚 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏 emphasized the core values of integrity, accountability, and excellence, setting the tone for the new administration’s term.

Adding vibrancy to the occasion, 𝑱𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒉 𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒂 𝑬𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒅𝒐, 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚, rendered an intermission number. The symbolic turnover of responsibility was led by outgoing 𝑩𝒖𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑹𝒂𝒛𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒍 𝑬𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒐, signifying the conclusion of the previous administration’s service. This was followed by the acceptance of responsibility by the 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝑺𝑮 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑲𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒊𝒏 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒔, who formally assumed the mantle of leadership.

𝑫𝒓. 𝑵𝒐𝒆𝒍 𝑷𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏, 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, delivered an inspirational message, urging the leaders to embody dedication, responsibility, and selfless service.

The highlight of the ceremony was the solemn administration of the oath of office, led by 𝑴𝒔. 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒆 𝑬. 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐, 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒔 (𝑶𝑺𝑺𝑨), wherein the officers pledged to uphold their duties with honor and unwavering commitment. This was followed by the conferment of certificates of recognition, formally attesting to their mandate.

Subsequently, 𝑴𝒔. 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒆 𝑬. 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐 delivered the closing remarks, encouraging the officers to lead with purpose, integrity, and passion. The program culminated with the singing of the RMC Hymn.

This occasion underscored the commitment of the institution and 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂 to upholding democratic processes and fostering responsible leadership among the studentry.

The College of Criminal Justice Education successfully held its 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 16, 2026, 𝐚𝐭 1:30 𝐏𝐌, 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀, 2𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 201. This momentous event marked the formal transition of leadership and the acceptance of responsibility by the newly elected CCJE officers.

The program was smoothly hosted 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐉𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐳 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐨, and officially opened with an Audio-Visual Presentation for the Opening Prayer, followed by an Audio-Visual Presentation of the Philippine National Anthem, setting a solemn and meaningful atmosphere for the ceremony.

The Opening Remarks were delivered by 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧, 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫, emphasizing integrity, unity, and commitment in student leadership. An inspiring Intermission Number was presented by 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨, 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫, adding creativity and enthusiasm to the program.

The Turn Over of Responsibility was led by 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐂. 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐂𝐉𝐄 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫, symbolizing a smooth and respectful transition of leadership. This was followed by the Acceptance of Responsibility, with the oath read by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚, together with the newly elected CCJE officers, and formally accepted by 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐂𝐉𝐄 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 who pledged dedication and service to the CCJE community.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Supreme Student Government (SSG), CCJE faculty members, and COMSELEC officers and members, whose support made the event more meaningful. It concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by the 𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐀 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐄. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐨, reminding the officers of their responsibilities and encouraging them to lead with integrity, discipline, and commitment to service.
