Salaam envisions a new generation of empowered and confident young leaders grounded in their faith, passion for excellence, service and care for humanity and in the belief that today’s leaders must inspire and create conditions that enable others to be their best in the pursuit of shared goals for the common good.

It provides safe spaces and support to develop the youth as leaders and to lead them in a way that inspires, empowers, invites participation, and builds commitment to work and advocate for peace; while doing what they enjoy most.
