Attention COLLEGE STUDENTS!

FINAL EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
SECOND SEMESTER AY 2020-2021

Regular Program: May 24-28, 2021
Special Program: May 29-30, 2021

A student must be cleared in the following offices to secure a Final Exam permit:
1) Accounting office
2) SSC (Supreme Student Council)
3) OSA (Office of Student Affairs)
4) Scholarship and Grants office - scholars only
5) Admission office- for graduating and earning units only
6) QMO (Quality Management Office)
7) Deans/Program Heads

Note: Official Receipt (OR) will not be considered a valid document to take the final exam. Please message the Registrar's Office FB page to secure the Final Examination Permit.

The cashier is open on Saturday, December 12, 2020, from 9AM to 4PM. Please bring your ID/ERC and QR Code.

You may also opt to pay in our payment centers to avoid face to face transactions, please see photos posted here for the payment details. Thank you!

1. sss grantee with claim stub
2. Full scholars
3. Students without outstanding balance
4. Employee Scholars
5. Other scholarship without outstanding balance

Please submit a photo of yourself holding your ID, ID number and full name.
Do not send flood messages and wait for your permit this evening.
