Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (Heritage) confirms that it responded to a leak on a trunk pipeline located on the compound of the San Fernando East Secondary School, San Fernando.

In the interest of ensuring the safety of all stakeholders, the school will remain closed (tomorrow) Friday 27 February 2026.

Heritage continues to work closely with relevant authorities to ensure the matter is addressed promptly and effectively.

The safety and well-being of students, staff, and the wider community remain our highest priority.

To all OTS certificate holders..

Sparrow reject our certificate bcoz we have 5 days training for stage 3 instead of 3-4 days. However, we never indeed to short cut our standard BS7121 under LOLER 98 and PUWER. WE adhere strict compliance by adding DANGEROUS CARGO COURSE ON 5 DAYS STAGE 3 apart from rigging and slinging course which is 2-3 Theory and practical. This is business and we dont need to complicate the situation with sparrow. We respect them but we adhere the strict compliance of following the STANDARD. THANK YOU.- JAMES DOFF
