No trade is a trade.

Most traders lose not because they trade wrong…
but because they trade when they shouldn’t.

No setup = no trade?

Then the best position is cash.

A+ setups only.
Everything else is noise.

Discipline is not about doing more.
It’s about knowing when to do nothing.

Alam mo na ang rules.
Hindi mo lang sinusunod.

Simple lang:
Iwas random trades.
Kontrolin ang risk.
Mag-review.

Madali intindihin.
Mahirap gawin.

Simple trading rules are not hard to
understand.
They are hard to follow.

Here's why:

1️⃣ YOU KNOW THE RULES
Journal every trade.
Follow your strategy.

Wait for your edge.
Nothing complicated.

2️⃣ BUT YOU STILL BREAK THEM
You skip journaling.
You take random trades.

You enter without confirmation.
Not because you don’t know.

3️⃣ YOUR BRAIN FIGHTS THE PROCESS
You crave action.
You avoid waiting.

You react under pressure.
Trading goes against instinct.

🔥DISCIPLINE IS BUILT, NOT GIVEN
It feels hard
because it is unnatural.

Consistency comes
one trade, one day at a time.

Pinakahuli: ₱60.74 kontra dolyar nitong March 31.

The Philippine peso has reached the ₱60 level against the US dollar.

The move comes amid ongoing geopolitical tensions and elevated energy prices, both contributing to broader pressure across global currencies.

This level reflects current market conditions rather than short-term noise.

Hindi ka tamad.
Unstructured ka lang.

Fix the system,
and everything starts making sense.

HIGH WIN RATES DON'T MAKE YOU PROFITABLE
Here are some reasons why:

1️⃣ RISK-REWARD GETS IGNORED
Remember, one big loss can erase all wins.

2️⃣ LOSS SIZE MATTERS MORE
Five small wins feel good.
Risk control decides survival.

3️⃣ EXPECTANCY IS MISUNDERSTOOD
Trading is not about how often you win.

🔥Understand expectancy first

Win more when you are right and lose less when you are wrong.

Anyone can draw lines on a chart.
But very few understand the macro pressure moving those lines.

Missiles. Oil. Inflation. Central banks. Currencies.

If you only see the chart, you’re already late.

You show up.

You work hard.
You stay responsible.
You do what’s expected.

That’s one reason people become curious about markets.

Forex does not care about titles.

It responds to ex*****on.

Pero may kapalit iyon.

Hindi rin nito pinapansin ang excuses.

Remember:
