Many older adults struggle to finish simple daily tasks because their energy easily runs out โ even small movements can feel exhausting. Thatโs where Occupational Therapy comes in. Through energy conservation techniques, OTs teach older adults how to pace themselves, plan their activities wisely, and prioritize what truly matters.
By learning when to move, when to rest, and how to adapt their routines, they can maintain independence, reduce fatigue, and still enjoy meaningful activities every day.
โจ OT helps them live not just longer, but better โ with strength reserved for the things that make life worth living.
