Following the earthquake that struck today, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of every pupil remain our highest priority. Our dedicated school personnel at:

responded promptly and prayerfully, ensuring that all students were cared for with calm, compassion, and faith.

Davao Mission of SDA Information about Davao Mission of Seventh-day Adventists

The sudden twists of events in our country right now have kindled emotions and personal opinions which may go overboard and create barriers even within our circle of friends and spiritual communities. It is therefore important for us to remember these inspired texts for our guidance and peace.

1. God is the sovereign God- Be still and know that I am God. (Psalms 46:10)

2. God is in control- He controls the course of world events; he removes kings and sets up other kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. (Daniel 2:21)

3. God cares for everyone- Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)

Let us submit to Him all our fears about the persons whom we care about, and pray for guidance for those who badly need it right now, those who are in the positions to make important decisions. And let us pray for one another, trusting that no extra-spiritual issues will divide our unity in Christ.
