SUBJECT : UPDATED CLASS AND WORK ARRANGEMENTS IN LIGHT OF THE RECENT EARTHQUAKES

In light of the recent earthquakes and in alignment with the Davao City Government’s directive, the Holy Cross of Mintal, Inc. prioritizes the safety and well-being of its school community. Please be informed of the following updates to our academic and work arrangements:

1. October 13, 2025 (Monday): No classes in all levels and all office work and transactions are suspended to give way to the ongoing structural assessment of the school facilities by the City Engineer’s Office.

2.October 14 – 17, 2025 (Tuesday to Friday):
a. Tuesday and Thursday: Synchronous/Online classes for all levels
b. Wednesday and Friday: Asynchronous learning
c. Non-Teaching Personnel (NTP): To report under a skeletal workforce setup (Schedule to be disseminated by the HR Officer)

3. October 18, 2025 (Saturday): Regular working day for all NTP and Maintenance Staff. All NTP and Maintenance Staff are required to report onsite.

In addition, an engineer from the City Engineer’s Office will conduct a thorough safety check of the campus. The school’s Safety Officer is working hand in hand with the city engineer to ensure the structural integrity and safety of all facilities.

All are advised to remain vigilant and follow safety protocols. Updates will be posted on official channels. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
