๐ฑ Tree Planting Activity ๐ฟ.
The school actively participated in the Bantay Bukid Tree Planting Activity held at the Panigan Riverbank as part of its continuing commitment to environmental protection and community involvement. The activity aimed to promote the importance of trees in protecting the riverbank, preventing soil erosion, preserving biodiversity, and maintaining a healthy environment.
The activity was participated in by the SELG Officers and selected learners, teachers, the School Head, SPTA officers and parents, together with Barangay Kagawad Allen Roy Cordero, who represented the barangay. Everyone worked together in planting and nurturing tree seedlings along the designated area of the Panigan Riverbank.
The activity served as a meaningful learning experience for the learners, teaching them the value of cooperation, responsibility, and care for nature. It also strengthened the partnership among the school, parents, barangay, and Bantay Bukid Organization in protecting the environment.
Through this collaborative effort, the school continues to encourage learners and the community to become responsible stewards of nature. The tree planting activity at Panigan Riverbank is a significant step toward creating a greener, healthier, and more sustainable environment for present and future generations.
