KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER & USER TRAINING | FaMIS
August 11, 2026

The Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) conducted a Knowledge Transfer and User Training for the Facilities Management Information System (FaMIS) in preparation for its upcoming pilot implementation.

The session provided the Facilities Management Office (FMO) personnel with an orientation and hands-on training on the system’s features, workflows, and functionalities to ensure user readiness and effective system utilization.

As FaMIS moves toward pilot implementation, the system will soon provide online service requests, equipment/item borrowing, and room reservations, making facility-related transactions more accessible, organized, and efficient.

The activity was attended by FMO Personnel Engr. Redney Ramos, Mr. Harley Ben Lo, and Engr. Kris Shane Orbeta, together with ICTC Personnel Fabygen Panilagao, Junior Programmer, and IS Support Specialists Blessy Cabantac and Jesusa Muaña.

Turning the spotlight to San Pedro College’s (SPC) digital infrastructure, Blessy Cabantac from the Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) walked freshmen through its platforms, services, and technological resources.

The orientation familiarized students with the tools they will rely on as they begin their digital life on campus.

PILOT IMPLEMENTATION | PEDROLINE DIGITAL QUEUEING SYSTEM

On August 3, 2026, the Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC), in coordination with the Finance Office and Facilities Management Office (FMO), officially commenced the pilot implementation of the Pedroline Digital Queueing System at the Finance Office.

The system is designed to provide a more organized, transparent, and efficient queuing experience by digitally managing client numbers and displaying queue information, helping clients easily track their turn while allowing service personnel to manage the flow more effectively.

The development and implementation of the system is spearheaded by ICTC Senior Programmer Alvin John M. Centillas, in collaboration with the concerned offices and stakeholders.

This initiative marks another step toward digitalizing frontline services and enhancing the client experience at San Pedro College.

PROJECT KICK-OFF | PQAMIS

On July 6, 2026, the Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) officially kicked off the development of the Planning & Quality Assurance Management Information System (PQAMIS), a strategic initiative that supports San Pedro College’s commitment to digital transformation, continuous quality improvement, and operational excellence.

The project kick-off brought together the ICTC development team, led by ICTC Director May B. Tajon and Asst. Director John Paul C. Silva and representatives from the Planning and Quality Assurance (PQA) under the leadership of PQA Director Dr. Emily Joy Mongcopa-Delgra, RPsy, to align on the project’s goals, scope, implementation timeline, and collaborative approach.

The ICTC, in partnership with the PQA, remains committed to developing innovative information systems that empower offices, enhance services, and advance the digital transformation journey of San Pedro College.

Together, we build smarter solutions for a stronger institution.
