✨ Successful Two-Day School-Based
In-service Training for Teachers (INSET) 2026! ✨
The School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) held on September 10–11, 2026 was a meaningful and productive learning experience for all teachers.
Through the different sessions delivered by the resource speakers and facilitators, teachers were well-equipped with relevant knowledge, practical insights, and strategies that can be applied in the classroom and in daily teaching practice.
The School Head, Sir Rustom Palermo, also emphasized the importance of unpacking and clustering learning competencies, helping teachers better understand the competencies, plan effective instruction, and respond to the learning needs of students.
Indeed, empowering teachers is not only about gaining knowledge but also about putting what has been learned into practice. Applying these learnings in daily teaching endeavors is a way of turning knowledge into meaningful action for the benefit of learners.
Heartfelt congratulations to all the resource speakers, facilitators, Technical Working Group (TWG), and teacher-participants for making this two-day INSET a meaningful and successful one!

Together we learn and grow,
with knowledge to share and seeds to sow.
May every lesson leave a lasting light,
and make a meaningful impact on our learners’ lives.
To God be all the glory!✨❣️
