CALLING ALL ARTISTS!

The City Government of Cadiz invites artists from across the Philippines to take part in the 53rd Dinagsa Festival Nationwide Painting Competition, celebrating the rich heritage, traditions, and colorful identity of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, Negros Island Region, Philippines.

This year, we invite you to paint HEALING.

Healing is a universal journey of recovery, renewal, and moving forward. It can be personal or emotional, social or cultural, rooted in nature and communities, inspired by memories, Filipino culture, resilience, hope, recovery, or new beginnings.

How do you see healing? How would you paint it? Let your canvas tell the story.

A new chapter of student leadership is about to begin.

The College of Arts and Science Student Council proudly presents the candidates for the CAS Student Council, S.Y. 2026–2027—students who have stepped forward to take on the responsibility of serving, representing, and contributing to the CAS community.

As part of the appointment process for the incoming CAS SC officers, the respective appointing authorities are the CAS Dean, the CAS Student Council Moderator, and the Program Chair of each department under the College of Arts and Science.
