The event @ Grand Regal Hotel is a formal event. Be informed of the prescribed attire. Aug. 15 formal retro attire
Aug. 16 formal long gown with a touch of mindanaoan

June 30 is the Deadline of Registration and Advertisement at the souvenir program

Please register your accompanying person kung sakali at 2,000 per head per night para naa sila reserved seat at Grand Regal. 4k kung 2 nights.

Ang on site registrants Dawaton pero problem sa seat. Dili pwede molingkod sa reserved seat kay mawad-an ug seat ang early registrants.
Mag wait sila for the additional seat. It means kung ang accompanying persons wala gi register dili pwede itapad pag lingkod.

Separate table & seat ang on site registrants.
Mag set up pa mag wait kay mag request pa sa hotel ug additional table & chairs.
