Basic Life Support and Heimlick Maneuver Training done by FO3 Jeffrey Tumuran, F03 Robert Lemuel B. Adolfo and F01 Marcelino Jr. Buscabos of Bureau of Fire Mintal to our Care for the Elderly Technical Training Center Inc. students. It's a great day of their learning especially the Heimlick Maneuver 🙄🙄🙄Here's how to save a person who is a victim of CHOKING " make a fist with one hand and clasp your other tightly around it. Place the thumb side of your fist just below your ribcage and about two inches above your belly button ( navel) Sharply and quickly thrust your hands inward and upward five times Repeat this process until you free( dislodge) the object. Yeheyyyy🤗🤗🤗🤗
