📢 ID REPRINTING GUIDELINES – For Missing or Damaged IDs 📢

Attention, ACD Students & Parents! Lost or damaged school ID? Here’s the updated reprinting process:

👶 Kinder to Junior High School Students:
1️⃣ Pay the reprinting fee at the Finance Office.
2️⃣ Bring the official receipt to the ICTC Office (4th Floor, Apostles Building).
3️⃣ Present the receipt to start the reprinting process.

🎓 Senior High School & College Students:
Follow the steps above PLUS submit an Affidavit of Loss.

📌 Important Reminders:
✔️ Reprinting starts only after all requirements are submitted.
✔️ Surrender damaged IDs (if still available).
✔️ Double-check details to avoid delays!

Announcement: Temporary Digital IDs Available for Students Without Physical IDs

Attention students:
In response to the stricter enforcement of our organization's "No ID, No Entry" policy, we are offering temporary digital copies of student IDs for those who have not yet received their physical IDs.

You may claim your temporary digital ID at the Queen of Apostles Building, 4th Floor. This digital ID will serve as a valid form of identification until your physical ID is issued.

Please take note of this opportunity to ensure uninterrupted access to school facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
