π΅ππ©π»βπ«

A great leader leads by example.
During todayβs Pakig-AMBIT at Kabacan Elementary School, we had the privilege of witnessing leadership in its truest form through Sir Alan G. Huevos, Public Schools District Supervisor and Division Pakig-AMBIT Evaluator.
Rather than simply observing, Sir Alan stepped into a Grade 5 classroom and demonstrated an actual Music lesson. In just a short period, he creatively taught the learners the solfΓ¨ge syllables βSoβ and βMi,β capturing their attention and making learning both enjoyable and meaningful. The pupils were engaged, enthusiastic, and eager to participate. More importantly, we teachers were equally inspired as we witnessed effective teaching modeled before our eyes.
This experience reminded us that true leadership in education does not end with supervision, evaluation, or giving recommendations. It is about rolling up oneβs sleeves, entering the classroom, and demonstrating the very practices we hope to see in every teacher. The most influential leaders are those who continue to teach, inspire, and empower others through their own example.
Thank you, Sir Alan G. Huevos, for reminding us that the heart of every educational leader will always be that of a teacher. Your passion, humility, and commitment to quality education have left a lasting impact on both our learners and educators.
Leadership is not just about telling others what to doβit is about showing them how itβs done. ππ
