The 15th Formation of Military Science 2 and the culmination of the ROTC Course of the University of Southeastern Philippines for Academic Year 2025-2026 were officially commemorated through 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 held on 09 May 2026. NSTP Director, 𝗗𝗥 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗜 𝗖 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔Ñ𝗔, reflected on the challenges faced by the cadets throughout the academic year and commended them for their dedication, discipline, and perseverance in her opening remarks.

The presentation of certificates and awards to the graduate officers and outstanding cadets was officiated by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗣 𝗥𝗨𝗕𝗜𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 and 𝗧𝗦𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕 𝗣𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳 𝗣𝗔 in recognition of their contributions, excellence, and unwavering support for the institution. The ceremony concluded with an inspiring message from the Vice President for Academic Affairs, 𝗗𝗥 𝗝𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗥 𝗖 𝗡𝗨𝗘𝗩𝗔, highlighting the cadets’ experiences within the unit and celebrating the challenges they overcame and the lessons they gained throughout their journey.

On 14 April 2026, The University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (USeP-ROTCU) successfully conducted the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈). Demonstrating exceptional discipline and operational proficiency, the unit achieved an overall average of 𝟗𝟐.𝟏𝟏%.

The event was held at the University of Southeastern Philippines - Obrero Campus, led by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎 𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, 𝑅𝐴𝐴𝑇𝐼 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑖𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛, along with the inspection team. The ceremony was distinguished by the attendance and steadfast support of the university’s top management, including 𝗗𝗿. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗚. 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝗿, 𝑈𝑛𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑃𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖. 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮, 𝑉𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑃𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝐴𝑐𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝐴𝑓𝑓𝑎𝑖𝑟𝑠 and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶 𝗖. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮ña, 𝑁𝑆𝑇𝑃 𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟. Joining them were 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗥𝗘𝗬 𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗡 𝗚 𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗢𝗚 (𝗔𝗥𝗠) 𝗣𝗔, 𝟏𝟏𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐆 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, and 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗣 𝗥𝗨𝗕𝗜𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟏𝟎𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, alongside the rest of the training staff. Their collective presence served as a powerful testament to the institutional and military backing that continues to drive the excellence of the USeP-ROTC Unit.

Under the expert evaluation of the RAATI inspection team, excellence was the standard of the USeP-ROTCU faced with the RAATI evaluators with sharp tactical precision and synchronized ex*****on. A profound display of unity and competence was witnessed as our cadets performed with excellence across all designations. This successful evaluation serves as a testament to the hard work, discipline, and vital roles each member plays within the unit.
