[𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞] 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐔𝐒𝐞𝐏 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

On 21 March 2026, the University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (USeP-ROTCU) carried out its Eleventh Formation for Military Science 2. Advanced Cadet officers, cadets, and cadettes gathered for attendance and bearing inspection, highlighting discipline, proper decorum, and readiness. The session centered on company drills in preparation for the upcoming 11RCDG ROTC Fancy Drill Competition and the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI).

At the culmination of the mass formation, a significant moment of recognition took place as 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐖 𝐏 𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, Director, 1105CDC/Commandant, formally presented a Certificate of Recognition to 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐋 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂) 𝟏𝐂𝐋, Corps Commander, for being named the Philippine Army’s Best Male ROTC Cadet. This milestone not only celebrates individual excellence but also reflects the high standards, leadership, and discipline upheld by the Corps, serving as a powerful inspiration for all cadets to strive for greater achievement.

‎On 14 March 2026, the University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (USeP-ROTCU) successfully conducted its 8th and 9th Formations for Military Science 2, gathering cadets, and cadettes for inspection, drills, and coordinated company practices in preparation for the upcoming RAATI. The activity reinforced discipline, teamwork, and overall readiness among the cadets.

‎Building on this momentum, the 9th Formation seamlessly integrated the Midterm Examination, covering key subjects such as Followership II, Basic Military Correspondence, and Military History and Evolution. This highlighted not only the cadets’ physical preparedness but also their academic competence and critical thinking the essential qualities in shaping future leaders and public servants.

[𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞] 𝐔𝐒𝐞𝐏-𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬

On 28 February 2026, the University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (USeP-ROTCU) successfully conducted its 5th and 6th Double Formations. The 5th Formation featured simultaneous classroom instructions and specialized company drills. Held at the Nograles Gymnasium, the lecture focused on “𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙖,” delivered by 𝗣𝗙𝗖 𝗝𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘆 𝗙 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝟵𝟲𝟴𝟮𝟱𝟳 𝗜𝗻𝗳 𝗣𝗔. This discussion highlighted the unit’s collective commitment to awareness and vigilance in upholding the nation’s sovereign rights.

The 6th Formation continued into the afternoon with intensive specialization and company drills in preparation for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI). These rigorous sessions served as the crucible where raw effort is forged into excellence, proving that the strength of a unit lies in the quiet, tireless dedication of its preparation. To conclude the day, 𝗧𝗦𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕 𝗣𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳 𝗣𝗔 provided a critique of each unit’s performance. He commended the cadets for their unwavering determination despite heavy academic workloads, encouraging everyone to maintain discipline and embrace their responsibility as the nation’s future builders.

On 11 February 2026, the University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (USeP-ROTCU) held the Donning of Ranks and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) Closing Ceremony at the Social Hall. A total of 26 cadets—10 males and 16 females—were presented and officially declared as COQC graduates by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗣 𝗥𝗨𝗕𝗜𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 following the opening remarks of NSTP Director 𝗗𝗥 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗜 𝗖 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡̃𝗔.

Outstanding cadets were recognized through the Academic Proficiency and Physical Fitness Test awards, presented by 𝗗𝗥 𝗝𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗥 𝗖 𝗡𝗨𝗘𝗩𝗔, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who also delivered an inspiring message on leadership and perseverance. The ceremony featured the distribution of certificates of completion to Batch 2 Kahiladman, the formal proclamation by 𝗧𝗦𝗴 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗕 𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗬 (𝗜𝗡𝗙) 𝗣𝗔 of the 1CL, 2CL, and 3CL cadets to their new ranks, and the donning of ranks and oath-taking ceremony. The ceremony concluded with the mass singing of "Awit Kawal" and "Pilipinas Kong Mahal."

The University of Southeastern Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (USeP–ROTCU) dominated the field at the 1st 11RCDG Fancy Drill Competition, capturing the Champion title with a stellar performance. Clad in their distinctive red and white uniforms, the unit showcased the height of military discipline and creative ex*****on.

Led by their dedicated cadet officer the Company Commander CDT LTC CHRISTINE MAE S OÑOLA (ROTC) 1CL, the Company Executive Officer CDT MAJ MARK ANGELO P JAYAWON (ROTC) 2CL, and the Company Guidon Bearer CDT LTC KIM C BULAHAN (ROTC) 1CL, the team delivered a masterclass in synchronization. From sharp rifle manual maneuvers to complex formations, every movement was a testament to the countless hours of rigorous training and the unwavering "Excellence in Every Movement" that defines the USeP–ROTCU.

This victory not only brings pride to the university but also solidifies the corps’ reputation for elite coordination and teamwork, proving once again that they are the gold standard of the 11th Regional Community Defense Group.
