🌿 DAY 2 | September 11, 2026
A Day of Purpose, Sharing, and Commitment

Day 2 brought our GROW 2026 journey to a beautiful and meaningful close. 💚

We explored how our professional values, community partnerships, teaching strategies, and understanding of learners can shape the kind of school we want to build.

✨ G**O NA MAY PANININDIGAN reminded us to lead and teach with integrity, dignity, and professionalism.
🤝 TULAY / KAPWA KASAMA reminded us that education becomes stronger when teachers, parents, barangay, SK, and the community walk together.
💡 ISIP-HOT challenged us to nurture learners who do not simply memorize, but question, think, analyze, create, and solve problems.
🌈 KADA BATA, MAY PARAAN reminded us of one of the most important truths in education: not every child learns in the same way, but every child deserves a chance to learn.
📚 Through the Classroom-Based Teaching-Learning Demonstrations, our teachers generously shared practices, ideas, and experiences with one another.
❤️ And through FROM LEARNING TO ACTION, we transformed our learning into a commitment to make meaningful changes in our own classrooms.

At the end of the day, we were reminded that professional development is not about becoming a perfect teacher. It is about becoming a more thoughtful teacher—one who continues to listen, adjust, care, and try again.

May the lessons of GROW 2026 go beyond these two days.

May they be seen in the patience we give, the questions we ask, the learners we encourage, the colleagues we support, and the small changes we make every day.

Because sometimes, the greatest impact of a teacher is not found in a grand activity, but in the quiet moment when a child finally says:

“Teacher, kaya ko pala.” ❤️

A Day of Reflection, Connection, and Learning

Our GROW 2026 journey began with a meaningful day of reconnecting with our purpose as educators. 💚

"Teachers’ Demonstration and Classroom Observation"

It reminded us that teaching is not only about delivering lessons—it is also about building relationships, observing, listening, and understanding the learners entrusted to us.

The classroom demonstrations gave us an opportunity to see teaching through different perspectives, appreciate one another’s practices, and recognize that every teacher has something valuable to share.

Sometimes, growth happens quietly—in the classroom, through a simple observation, a thoughtful conversation, or a colleague willing to share what works.

Day 1 reminded us: we become better teachers when we are willing to learn from one another. 🤝📚

One day of learning. Many moments of reflection. One shared purpose—to become better for our learners. 🌱

Our incredible learners at 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 are taking a stand and leading by example! 💪 Through our latest Anti-Bullying Campaign, these students are proving that kindness always wins and that our classrooms must be a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
