𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒅, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔. 💙✨

Before we move forward to 𝑯𝑰𝑹𝑨𝒀𝑨 2026, let us look back at 🎭 𝑯𝑰𝑹𝑨𝒀𝑨 2024: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒕 🎶, the heart of 𝑯𝑼𝑴𝑺𝑺 𝑮𝑳𝑨𝑴 2024 at Davao City National High School. Eight Grade 12-HUMSS sections: Arcellana, Abadilla, Baltazar, Benitez, Guillermo, Hernandez, Villa, and Villafuerte, stood together on one stage, united by passion and purpose. Every performance reflected months of preparation, teamwork, and perseverance.

The applause, the lights, and the emotions that filled the venue made that night more than just a concert, it became a symbol of who we are as Humanistas.

Through every challenge and unexpected change, we remained resilient and strong. With the guidance of 𝑴𝒂’𝒂𝒎 𝑩𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒔, we grew not only as performers but as individuals ready to face bigger stages in life.

𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, brought our childhood back to life. Where the world became our playground, our laughter was endless, and dreams were unlimited. 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔, 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒖𝒔.

In that moment, our younger selves felt seen, they felt heard, and somehow and something within us healed. Because before the responsibilities and expectations, we were once children who simply wanted to play, to imagine, and to be free. And through this event, we embraced that child again.

𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was truly an unforgettable experience for all of us. It reminded us of the time when we were still young and innocent, when our days were simple and even small moments made us happy. We remembered how it felt to dream without fear and to live without pressure. Because of 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚, we were able to experience the things we weren’t able to do as kids. 🌟💛

Through this event, we learned to understand and appreciate our younger selves. We realized that the child we once were is still a part of who we are today. This event was made possible because of the effort and dedication of 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 💐👩‍🏫. Thank you, Ma’am Bliss Aguilar for this special experience and for giving us the chance to go back to our childhood even just for a short time before we step into a new chapter of our lives. 💞

𝑅𝑒𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝐼𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑟 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑: 𝐴 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐽𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑦. ✨

What started as simple brainstorming turned into something deeply meaningful. 💭 At first, we were just sharing ideas for 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 especially for 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑎. But as days passed, those ideas slowly became a story with purpose. As 𝑉𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑓𝑢𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑒, we worked together, listened to each other, and shaped the story we wanted to tell. 🤝

We chose to bring one of our classmate’s journey to life not just to perform it, but to truly understand and feel it. 💙 We wanted the audience to see the emotions behind the story and reflect on their own experiences too.

Behind the stage lights were long practices, pressure, small disagreements, laughter, and quiet moments of reflection. 🎭 There were times we felt tired and unsure, but we kept going because we believed in what we were creating. Each rehearsal helped us grow not just as performers, but as a class. 🌱

Now that 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒂 has ended, we realize it was never just about the performance or applause. It was about healing, courage, and growth. 💛❤️💙

𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 may be over, but the lessons and memories we built as 12 𝑉𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑓𝑢𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑒 will stay with us beyond 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. 🌈✨

HIRAYA: Reparenting Our Inner Child — A Transformative Journey ✨🍭

In HIRAYA, we didn’t just hold an event — we healed, expressed, and rediscovered parts of ourselves. From the heartfelt serenata, the gentle and graceful chair dance, and the moving theatre play “I Story” led by Samantha Garcia, to our KKT exhibit featuring individual books that told the unique stories of each 12-Benitez student, every piece reflected courage, vulnerability, and growth. We ended with a joyful community dance, celebrating not just the success of the event, but the child within us who learned to dream, trust, and feel again.

To our Creative Nonfiction teacher, Ma’am Bliss Aguilar, thank you for being the quiet architect behind this beautiful vision. Even when storms try to rename the sky, the sunrise still remembers where it began. Your idea, your heart, and your dedication gave life to this journey. No one can take away the impact of what you created — because we experienced it, we lived it, and we carry it with us.

HIRAYA is more than a name — it is a celebration of who we were and who we are becoming. 💗🍀

𝑯𝑰𝑹𝑨𝒀𝑨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 gave us something rare and deeply meaningful, the opportunity to go back to the childhood versions of ourselves who went through so much.

For a moment, we were allowed to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of us that once needed comfort, reassurance, and understanding. It wasn’t about reliving the pain, but about finally giving our inner child the love and kindness they truly deserved.

In that space, we felt safe. We felt seen. We felt heard. Stories were shared, tears were understood, and courage quietly grew within each of us. What we thought was just an event became a journey of healing and growth.

If this opportunity was never given to us, we would not have experienced this kind of connection and reflection. HIRAYA 2026 reminded us that healing is possible, and that we don’t have to face our past alone.
