THIRD QUARTER NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED) 2026

Galon Elementary School participated in the Third Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness and awareness of learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel in responding appropriately during an earthquake. Through the proper practice of “Duck, Cover, and Hold,” the school community continues to promote a culture of safety, preparedness, and resilience.

Galon Elementary School remains committed to ensuring a safe and disaster-resilient learning environment for all.

Galon Elementary School successfully held its Joint BSP & GSP Investiture Ceremony and School Play Day! 🌟

Through exciting play day activities and sacred investiture vows, our scouts put Discipline, Respect, Service, Teamwork, Adventure, and Friendship into action!

GALON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL | 48TH FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION

Galon Elementary School successfully celebrated its 48th Foundation Day, bringing together learners, teachers, parents, and members of the community in a meaningful celebration of gratitude, unity, and school pride.

The celebration began with a Holy Mass, followed by a program featuring an Opening Salvo, Kindergarten Field Demonstration, and Cheers and Yells from selected learners. A special highlight was the inspiring message of Mrs. Loreta “Ayen” Galon-Cardaño, heiress of the land donor, who emphasized the importance of generosity, legacy, and service.

The celebration continued with a salo-salo generously prepared by the Galon Family, followed by fun and engaging games that fostered camaraderie among the school community.

Special thanks and appreciation are extended to the generous sponsors of the snacks and fun games, the Felimon E. Galon Grandchildren and Ms. Joan Galon Pueyo, whose support helped make the celebration more enjoyable and memorable for everyone.

The 48th Foundation Day was a meaningful celebration of Galon Elementary School’s 48 years of service, growth, and commitment to quality education and community development.
