👉🏻 All successful candidates are required to attend the Arrival and Orientation Day on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 8:30 AM. Please bring any incomplete documents along with all necessary items as instructed during the interview.

📌 Important: All students must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. No student will be accepted without the presence of their parent or guardian—no exceptions will be made.

Bukas na ang Muqabalah / Interview para sa mga gustong mag-aral ng Qur’an at magpalalim ng kaalaman sa Deen.

اللهم يسّر لنا طريق العلم وبارك لنا فيه
Huwag sayangin ang pagkakataon.

We will be having our MUQABALAH 2026 (Interview) for the incoming 13th batch students of the department this school year 2026-2027.

On MARCH 22, 2026, SUNDAY 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
At EMIA Compound, Purok 13, Sirawan, Toril Davao City.

Steps to comply:

🔰Step 1: Be ready and bring the interview requirements on the interview day.

👉🏻Interview Requirements:
1-Applicant must be a Muslim male & single.
2-Must be 13 to 25 years old.
3-Must bring a copy of his birth certificate.
4-Must bring a piece of 2x2 recent picture.
5-Had memorized of atleast 1 part ( 1 juzz ) from the Holy Qur’an.
6-Be able to read & write in Arabic and English.
7-Must bring 1 (one) recommendation letter from the scholars or teachers known by the office.
8-Registration fee of 200 Pesos (Non-refundable).

🔰Step 2:

After the interview you will wait for the announcement of list of accepted applicants and need to accomplish the (ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS) for accepted students only.

👉🏻Acceptance Requirements (Accepted Students Only):
1-Passed from the interview oral & written.
2-Complete Documents:
A. Copy of Birth Certificate
B. Barangay Clearance
C. Medical Certificate
D. Recommendation Letter
3-Be able to pay the fees of the department.
4-Accept & Agree the rules & regulations of the department.

Department Fees:
1- (2,500 Pesos) every month.
2- (750 Pesos) every semester (facilities maintenance & improvements, utility billings)
3- A certain amount for the copies of books every semester.
