The essence of customer feedback has definitely proven its importance and it creates a positive effect both ways. Despite this, customer feedback is usually neglected by the customers in today's generation. Customer feedback creates a lot of room for improvement especially to the seller and it lays out better options for the consumers. As we look into HubSpot's claim saying that we are missing a lot if we do not generate customer feedback:

Are you not satisfied with the product/service of a certain Online Shop? Talk to the owner and tell them your concerns! It is important that the owners are aware of the customers’ thoughts on their products and services. With that, they will be able to identify the things that they need to do to improve their products and treat their customers in a way that will satisfy them.

However, giving feedback doesn’t only apply to situations like this. Whether you’re satisfied or not, giving feedback to business owners will help them a lot!
