To ensure that your LandBank account remains active and ready to receive future subsidy releases, please take note of the following:

🔹 For LBP PISO Accounts
Kindly deposit at least ₱1.00 (one peso) to your account to prevent it from being tagged as dormant or closed due to inactivity.

🔹 For Regular LandBank Savings Accounts
Please maintain a minimum balance of ₱500.00 to keep your account active and avoid account closure.

💳 You may conveniently make deposits through:
✅ GCash
✅ LandBank Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs)
✅ Directly at any LandBank branch

We encourage all grantees to check the status of their accounts and make the necessary deposits as soon as possible. Keeping your account active will help ensure the smooth and timely crediting of your UniFAST benefits.

📣 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓: ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR SUMMER AY 2025-2026

The application for scholarship renewal for Summer AY 2025-2026 will be conducted online from June 10-11, 2026.
Kindly follow the instructions below:

• Email a clear copy of your recent grades.
• Use the subject line:
"Scholarship Renewal for Summer AY 2025-2026".
• Indicate in your email the type of scholarship and the corresponding discount granted.

Please note that renewal applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, only applications that fully comply with the instructions and submit all required documents will be accommodated and evaluated. Incomplete submissions and applications that do not follow the prescribed instructions will not be processed.

CLASS & WORK MODALITY ADVISORY
June 10–13, 2026

To ensure the continued safety and well-being of the San Pedro College community following the recent earthquake, all classes and work arrangements at the San Pedro College Main Campus shall remain under ONLINE MODALITY from June 10 to 13, 2026.

Regular on-site classes, office operations, and campus transactions are scheduled to resume on June 15, 2026 (Monday), subject to further advisories.

For assistance during this period, please contact the respective academic and service offices through their official email addresses or pages.

ADVISORY | Modality of Classes and Office Transactions

Due to ongoing safety inspections of school buildings following the recent earthquake, San Pedro College will implement the following on JUNE 9, 2026:

📍SPC Main Campus:
All classes and office transactions will shift to online modality.

📍SPC Ulas Campus:
Classes at all levels are suspended until further notice, while office transactions will shift to online modality.

This measure is being taken to allow for a thorough assessment of campus facilities and to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, employees, and stakeholders before resuming onsite activities.

Employees are allowed to retrieve their things for work from home from 8:00 to 9:30 am only

Please stay vigilant and take the necessary precautions to protect your safety.

SEMESTRAL BREAK NOTICE

Please be informed of the Semestral Break schedule:

TEACHING PERSONNEL - June 1–5, 2026
NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL - June 1–3, 2026

All onsite and online transactions will be unavailable during the semestral break. Regular work operations will resume on June 4, 2026, for Non-Teaching Personnel and June 8, 2026, for Teaching Personnel.

📢𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓: SCHOLARSHIP RENEWAL FOR SUMMER AY 2025-2026

The renewal application for the Summer Term of Academic Year 2025–2026 will be conducted on the following dates:

• June 4–5, 2026 (Thursday–Friday)
• June 8–11, 2026 (Monday–Thursday)

To renew your scholarship, kindly bring a printed copy of your complete grades from the previous semester.

For scholars who are unable to renew their scholarship on the scheduled dates due to valid reasons (e.g., incomplete grades), please submit a letter addressed to the Head of the Scholarship Office explaining the reason for the delay.
