University of Mindanao Professional Schools and LGU of Panabo Forge Strategic Partnership

The University of Mindanao Professional Schools (UMPS) and the Local Government of Panabo formally forged their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on April 28, 2026, at the UM Conference Room. The event gathered key officials and administrators from both institutions, highlighting a shared commitment to collaborative initiatives in education.

Among those present were Dr. Eugenio S. Guhao Jr., PS-Dean and Chief Academic Officer (CAO); Mr. Pedrito Misoles, Department Head and City Administrator of Panabo; Jan Mari G. Café, Department Head I (City Human Resource Management Officer); and Lorvena O. Garcia, Administrative Officer II for LGU Panabo.

The MOA signing marked a significant milestone, symbolizing mutual cooperation and shared goals between UMPS and the city government.
