PARENTS' ADVISORY
The safety of our learners is always our top priority. Parents and legal guardians have the primary responsibility to decide whether it is safe for their children to travel to and from school during heavy rainfall, flooding, or other weather-related hazards.
Your decision will be respected, and learners will not be penalized for non-attendance when travel is unsafe, in accordance with DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2024.
Let's continue to prioritize safety and work together to protect every child.

The Leon A. Garcia Sr. Elementary School family would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to all the districts, schools, offices, organizations, partners, volunteers, and kind-hearted individuals who extended their generosity and support during this challenging time.
We are truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and compassion you have shown our school community. Your kindness has reminded us that even in the aftermath of disaster, we are surrounded by people who genuinely care.
We are deeply thankful for every form of assistance you have shared, including:
• Bond papers and other printing materials
• Cleaning materials and sanitation supplies
• Volunteers who generously offered their time and effort
• Food packs and relief goods
• Used clothing, blankets, and bedding
• Cash donations and drinking water
• Warm meals such as lugaw, lomi, and other food for our learners, teachers, and volunteers
• And many other forms of assistance, both big and small
Every donation, every helping hand, and every act of kindness has made a meaningful difference in helping our school recover and regain hope.
We also sincerely apologize if we were unable to acknowledge everyone individually. During the height of the relief efforts, our priority was to ensure that every donation reached those who needed it most. While we did our very best to record and recognize every act of generosity, we understand that we may have unintentionally missed some names.
Please accept our heartfelt apology. It was never our intention to overlook anyone. Rest assured that every contribution, whether recognized publicly or not, is deeply appreciated and will forever remain in our hearts.
From the entire Leon A. Garcia Sr. Elementary School family, thank you for standing with us during one of the most difficult moments in our school's history. Your generosity has given us more than material support. It has given us strength, hope, and the courage to rebuild.
May God bless each one of you abundantly. Together, we will continue to rise, recover, and move forward with hope.

We are deeply saddened by the devastating impact of the sudden flooding on our school. The flood caused extensive damage despite the resilience and efforts of our teachers to protect the school. Unfortunately, the situation became overwhelming, as the floodwaters rose so high that they nearly reached the roofs of the ground-floor classrooms.
Our greatest concern is for our learners. We sincerely hope and pray that they and their families are safe during this difficult time.
We humbly ask for your prayers and any assistance that anyone may be able to extend. Any form of support for our school, learners, and community would be deeply appreciated as we work together to recover from this tragedy.
