Congratulations to the passers! 🎉🎈🎊

The Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) congratulates all 180 passers of the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) last 24 April 2022.

Only 17.84% of 1,009 examinees successfully passed, with Region XII yielding the most number of successful examinees (28), followed by Region II (27) and Region VI (24).

The BCLTE is part of the three-level certification system under the Standardized Examination and Assessment for Local Treasury (SEAL) Program, pursuant to Department Order No. 053.2016, which is implemented by the BLGF, in cooperation with the CSC.
