"GUHIT KABATAAN: POSTER MAKING CONTEST"

A Poster making contest was held during the celebration of ESP Month at Vicenta C. Nograles National High School with the theme,
"Magandang Kaugaliang Pilipino: Isabuhay at Pagyamanin Tungo sa Matiwasay at Maunlad na Kinabukasan". Making a poster is a very effective and powerful way to raise awareness about Filipino Values.

The competition was attended by representatives from different schools in cluster 1 - Emilio Ramos NHS, Leon Garcia NHS, Davao City NHS, Sta.Ana NHS,CP Garcia NHS, and Vicenta Nograles NHS. It was facilitated by Ms. Pearl Niñoza. All participants in the contest showcased their talents, but Davao City National High School stood out, making them the winner in the competition.

The winners are the following:
Champion: Davao city national high school
1st Runner Up: Carlos P. Garcia Senior High School
2nd Runner Up: Vicenta C. Nograles national high school

The Tagis-Talino, one of the ESP Month Celebration competitions, was held in Vicenta C. Nograles National High School.

Sta. Ana ESP quizzers Clariza Barcelona, Gabriel Gonzales, and Shyne Mae Cardeño showcased their intelligence in ESP after winning the Gold Medal in Tagis- Talino.

Participants answered 9 questions in easy round, in average round they answered 8 questions,and in difficult round they answered 3 questions , with the total score of 48 points.

Clariza Barcelona said that, "We did not expect to win because we only spent one day preparing for this event". She also added that they felt nervous, because they didn't prepare much but they still manage to

Meanwhile, Mrs. Glenda Peculados , the Sta. Ana NHS ESP teacher, Clariza Barcelona, Gabriel Gonzales, and Shyne Mae Cardeño's coach, expressed her pride for the three students for winning the Gold medal in Tagis-Talino.

On the second place, the Leon Garcia Sr. NHS received the award and on the third place the Erico T. Nograles NHS.

𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐃!

During the ESP Month Celebration, the "SAYAWIT" competition made its way to prove that solidarity never failed to become apparent in Filipinos.

The participants of the Cluster 1 schools stood united as they showed their interpretative performances that are relevant to the theme: "Magagandang Kaugaliang Pilipino: Isabuhay at Pagyamanin Tungo sa Matiwasay at Maunlad na Kinabukasan."

Every school's performance comprises blood, sweat, and tears as they hammered great efforts to produce great performances.

The deserving winners were the following:
CHAMPION: Davao City National High School
1st RUNNER-UP: Sta. Ana National High School
2nd RUNNER-UP: Emilio Ramos National High School

The DepEd Davao City Division monitoring in Vicenta C. Nograles NHS. Ma'am Jonas Piore together with the DepEd personnel monitored the on going classes and checked the safety health protocols implemented in the institution.

The VCNNHS is grateful for the positive feedback from the monitoring team.

Vicenta C. Nograles NHS conducted a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing with the DIMIRIE Foundation Inc. as they seek to enlighten the teachers and students with the Word of God. The DIMIRIE Foundation Inc. is one of the stakeholders of VCNNHS that provides great assistance for the betterment of the school.

The Oath Taking Ceremony of the newly elected officers of the Faculty Club followed by the turn over of the key of responsibility held at the VCNNHS Covered Court. The faculty of VCNNHS, together with the admin, attended the ceremony.

The newly elected President, Sir Alvin Vigil, gave his speech as he assume the highest position in the Faculty club.

The Vicenta C. Nograles National High School joins the celebration of the United Nations (UN) Day today, October 24!

This day marks the anniversary of the entry into force in 1945 of the UN Charter. This commemoration also offers the opportunity to amplify our common agenda and reaffirm the purposes and principles of the UN Charter that have guided us for the past 77 years.

As advised by the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee of Barangay 76-A, all students and teachers were allowed to go home early as aftershocks are still expected. The School DRRMC will conduct a building inspection with the Local DRRM unit of Barangay 76-A.
