In behalf of HCCC BATCH 1997, We would like to thank you to all of our sponsors for your recent sponsorship in our event which is " JASON IN CALINAN" Concert for a Cause. Your contribution is vital to continue to work in this event for us to be successful. We cannot pursue this event without the generosity of the following sponsors:

1. PANNELLING AT THE VENUE BY THE K9 AND EODT OF THE DAVAO CITY POLICE OFFICE.

2. GATES WILL OPEN AT 4PM.

3. STRICTLY NO TICKET, NO ENTRY. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR TICKETS FOR YOUR RE-ENTRY.

4. TEMPERATURE CHECK UPON ENTERING THE GYM.

5. STRICTLY NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED.

6. ALL SHARP OBJECTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BALLPOINTS PENS, PENCILS, KNIVES, AS WELL AS ITEM CONSIDERED DEADLY WEAPONS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
INSIDE THE EVENT VENUE.

7. FOOD AND DRINKS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE VENUE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE.

8. NO CHAIRS OF ANY TYPE, FI****MS, DRUGS AND OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

INSIDE THE VENUE. POLICE, TF DAVAO, AND OTHER SECURITY GROUPS WILL HELP SECURE THE EVENT PREMISES.

9. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE SOLD TO MINORS.

10. NO BABIES, TODDLERS ALLOWED IN THE CONCERT FOR THEIR SAFETY. CHILDREN 8Y/O MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY TICKETED PARENTS OR GUARDIANS.

11. BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED ON PLASTIC/PAPER CUPS.

12. DRESS COMFORTABLY. WEAR AN ALL WEATHER OUTFIT.

13. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR MASK.
