READ: Here are the guidelines for Alert Level 3, as Negros Oriental will be placed in the said restrictions from Jan. 16 to 31, 2022.

Some establishments and activities will be allowed at limited capacity: 30% indoors (for fully vaccinated individuals only) and 50% outdoors. These are:

Cinemas and movie houses
Meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions
Social events such as wedding parties, engagements, debuts, and birthday parties
Limited face-to-face classes for selected college programs
Licensure exams
Dine-in services
Film, music, and TV production
Tourist attractions such as museums, libraries, galleries, parks, etc.
Amusement or theme parks
Recreational venues
In-person religious gatherings
Personal care services (barber shops, salons, etc.)
Fitness studios, non-contact exercise, and sports

The following are restricted and not allowed to operate under Alert Level 3:
Face-to-face classes for basic education
Contact sports (except for bubble-type setups approved by IATF)
Fun fairs and kid amusement industries
Karaoke bars, clubs, concert halls, theaters
Casinos, horse racing, cockfighting, cockpits, lottery and betting shops and other gaming establishments aside from those that will be allowed by the IATF or the Office of the President
Social gatherings where individuals do not belong in the same household
