📚💻 **LET THE WORK SPEAK. LET THE PROGRESS BE SEEN.**

Matagumpay na naisagawa ng LINTUKAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ang aming Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session entitled “Empowering Educators Through Digital Innovations: Maximizing Canva, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Emerging Technologies for Effective Teaching and Learning” Yesterday, September 26, 2026, sa venue na pinili ng ating School Head.

Hindi lahat ng ginagawa ay kailangang ipagsigawan. Minsan, sapat nang makita ito sa resulta.

Habang may ilan na nakikita lamang ang mga kakulangan, we choose to see opportunities for improvement. Habang may mga puna na madaling sabihin, may mga g**ong tahimik na nagsisikap na matuto, mag-adjust, mag-innovate, at pagbutihin ang kanilang paraan ng pagtuturo.

This LAC session equipped our teachers with practical skills in Canva, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and emerging technologies—tools that can help us create better instructional materials, improve lesson preparation, develop meaningful assessments, and make learning more engaging and responsive.

OUR LEARNERS.

Kapag ang g**o ay patuloy na natututo, mas maraming oportunidad ang naibibigay sa mga bata. Kapag ang g**o ay nag-iinnovate, mas nagiging makabuluhan ang learning experience. Teacher development is learner development.

Kaya sa mga nakakakita lamang ng mga bagay na hindi pa perpekto, sana ay makita rin ang mga bagay na patuloy naming ginagawa upang ito ay mapabuti.

Hindi lahat ng effort ay nasa social media.
Hindi lahat ng progress ay may larawan.
Hindi lahat ng trabaho ay kailangang ipaliwanag.

NOT EVERYTHING YOU SEE TELLS THE WHOLE STORY.

To those who have shared negative comments about the current condition of Lintukan Elementary School, we respectfully ask for a little understanding.

Yes, our school was greatly affected by the recent massive flood. But what you see today is not neglect—it is recovery in progress.

Behind every classroom being cleaned, every damaged area being restored, and every effort to bring our learning environment back to normal are teachers and a School Head who continue to work, even beyond what is expected of them. They are not sitting and waiting for things to improve. They are doing something about it.

We welcome constructive criticism, because it can help us improve. But criticism without understanding the situation, the challenges, and the efforts being made can easily become discouragement rather than a solution.

It is easy to point out what is lacking.
It is harder to recognize the people who are working tirelessly to rebuild what was lost.

We choose action over arguments.
We choose solutions over blame.
We choose unity over negativity.

Our school may not yet be back to where it was before the flood—but every day, we are moving forward.

To our learners, parents, teachers, School Head, stakeholders, and community: this is our school, and together, we will restore it. 💙

The flood tested our school, but it did not break our spirit.

Give us time. Give us support. Give us the chance to rebuild.

Because at the end of the day, we are not working for praise—we are working for our learners. 📚💙

Lintukan Elementary School will rise again. Stronger. Better. Together.

Sa bawat silid aralan ay naging maayos at nairaos ang Pagdiriwang kahit limitado man ang oras nito.
