The Student Council prepared a pica-pica street food corner for our teachers from 𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀

From tasty bites to refreshing drinks, our teachers got to grab their favorites, enjoy the food, and take a little break from their busy day.

It may be a simple treat, but it was prepared with lots of appreciation for the teachers who continue to guide, teach, and support us every day.

𝗔 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟-𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦!

Earlier today, teachers from 𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 came together to celebrate Teachers’ Day—a special occasion dedicated to recognizing their hard work, patience, and dedication.

The celebration was made even more memorable with lively 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 from different departments, bringing music, talent, and energy to the program. Along with the performances came plenty of fun and unexpected moments, including the memorable outfit mix-ups that had everyone laughing.

The fun continued through a series of 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, where our teachers joined in, competed, cheered one another on, and showed their playful side. It was a chance for everyone to step away from their usual routines, relax, and simply enjoy the celebration together.

The 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 is grateful to have helped bring our teachers from both campuses together for a day filled with appreciation, entertainment, and shared moments.

To all our teachers, thank you for everything you do and for the countless ways you continue to guide and inspire us. 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆! 🎊

In observance of Teachers’ Day on Monday, October 5, 2026, our institution has declared NO CLASSES on this day for all levels in both Main and Madia campuses.

This is in recognition and appreciation of the dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions of our teachers to the school community.

📍The Celebration will be live streamed on the official page of GLACI Taliapas Media Affairs.

📍Classes will resume on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, following the regular class schedule.

Happy Teachers’ Day, Sir Nerham!

On this special day, we, the Student Council, would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all the guidance, patience, and support you have given us. Being part of the council is not always easy. There are times when we get stressed, confused, makulit, and sometimes even disorganized, but you are always there to guide us, remind us, and help us become better in what we do.

Thank you for trusting us with responsibilities and for giving us the opportunity to serve our fellow students. Every reminder, advice, correction, and even the times you had to be strict with us are things we appreciate because we know that you only want us to learn, improve, and become responsible leaders.

We also appreciate how you manage to handle us despite our different personalities and, honestly, our pagiging pasaway minsan. You never give up on us. Instead, you continue to guide us and teach us not only how to be better council members, but also how to be better individuals.

Sir, thank you for believing in us even when we doubt ourselves. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and dedication. We may not always say it, but we truly appreciate everything you do for the council and for our school.

Happy Teachers’ Day, Sir Nerham! May you always remember that your efforts, sacrifices, and guidance are deeply appreciated. We are grateful to have you as our adviser, mentor, and teacher. From your Student Council babies, thank you for everything, Sir!. 🤍

The 1st Quarter Convocation Program was successfully held today, September 25, 2026, gathering the GLACI community in celebration of hard work, dedication, and achievement.

This meaningful occasion gave us the opportunity to recognize the students who have shown commitment and perseverance throughout the first quarter. Every certificate, award, and recognition represents the time, effort, and determination that each student has given to their studies and responsibilities.

Congratulations to all the students who were recognized! Your achievements are a reflection of your dedication and willingness to strive for excellence. May this recognition serve as an inspiration to continue doing your best, overcome challenges, and aim even higher in the coming quarters.

To all our students, may you remember that every small progress is worth celebrating. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep believing in what you can achieve.

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐 | 𝐂𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐘

The second day of CLTC was filled with meaningful lectures, hands-on activities, and exciting scouting challenges. The Girl Scouts took part in lectures on leadership, discipline, and the values of scouting, followed by practical activities such as knot tying and the Escoda Rally, putting their knowledge, teamwork, and skills into action.

The day also featured an intermission showcasing the scouts’ talents and the performances they had prepared. From fancy drills to calisthenics, each presentation reflected creativity, confidence, teamwork, and dedication.

Day 2 brought together learning, participation, and talent, making it another memorable part of the CLTC journey.

The Girl Scouts of GLACI proudly took part in the Camp Leadership Training Camp (CLTC) at Kauran, gaining meaningful experiences through leadership activities, lectures, scouting skills, teamwork, and camaraderie.

Throughout the camp, the scouts showcased their energy, creativity, skills, and teamwork, earning recognition in several activities and categories:

🎭 BEST IN PRESENTATION
🥉 BEST IN GPN — 3RD PLACE

These achievements reflect the scouts' active participation, dedication, teamwork, and willingness to learn throughout the camp.

The journey was made even more meaningful through the guidance and support of their Troop Leader, Ma'am Noralyn Tiago, together with Senior Scouts Nasrin Tasil, Norhanie Usman, and Bai Aleah Abusama, who continuously assisted and guided the scouts throughout their CLTC experience.

More than the awards and recognitions, the camp became a celebration of friendship, leadership, service, and sisterhood—leaving the Girl Scouts of GLACI with valuable lessons and memories to carry beyond the campsite.

𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟏𝟖 | 𝐂𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐒

The Girl Scouts of GLACI officially embarked on their Camp Leadership Training Camp (CLTC) journey on September 18, accompanied by their Troop Leader, Ma’am Noralyn Tiago, and three dedicated Service Scouts—Norhanie Usman, Nasrin Tasil, and Bai Aleah Abusama.
Upon arrival, the scouts settled into the campsite and prepared for the activities ahead.

The first gathering brought together scouts from different schools for an evening of games, introductions, and team activities designed to encourage confidence, cooperation, and active participation.

As the first day came to a close, the scouts began their CLTC experience with enthusiasm and readiness to learn, serve, and take on the challenges that awaited them.

A new camp begins. A journey of leadership unfolds.

GLACI’s Sirahedin Abdulrahman Crowned Provincial Champion, Earns Spot in BARMMAA 2025

Datu Paglas, Maguindanao del Sur—Mr. Sirahedin Abdulrahman of GLACI, representing Zone 2, delivered a standout performance to capture the Secondary Badminton Lower Single Championship at the Provincial Meet 2025. Displaying speed, precision, and composure, Abdulrahman powered through a competitive field, overcoming formidable opponents en route to the title.

His championship victory not only brought pride to GLACI and Zone 2 but also secured his qualification to BARMMAA 2025, marking the next milestone in his rising badminton career. With disciplined play and unwavering determination throughout the tournament, Abdulrahman proved himself a force to watch as he prepares to represent the province on the regional stage.
