PhilHealth Konsulta Service Delivery Caravan Reaches 300 Grade 12 Learners in Datu Paglas National High School

The Konsulta Service Delivery Caravan held on July 8, 2025, at Datu Paglas National High School was a significant initiative aimed at improving access to primary healthcare among students. Organized by Local Health Insurance (LHIO) Buluan in partnership with the Aeros Hospital and MSSD Datu Paglas and DPNHS School Nurse Ma'am Scintillate Salendab Kando the caravan successfully served 300 learners under the PhilHealth Konsulta Program.

This activity was not a typical medical outreach, but a strategic step toward strengthening preventive and promotive health services within the school setting. Learners were able to register with PhilHealth, undergo initial health assessments, and receive information on the importance of maintaining good health. The initiative underscores the value of early health intervention and how it contributes to students’ overall growth and academic success.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the hardworking healthcare teams LHIO, MSSD, Aeros Hospital, School Principal Ma'am Badria K. Talembo, and School Personnel who made this possible. Most of all, thank you to the learners who welcomed this effort with open minds and hearts. By prioritizing student wellness today, we are nurturing a healthier and more empowered generation for tomorrow.
