MEETING OF MATHEMATICS KEY ADMINISTRATORS AND HEAD TEACHERS
There will be a meeting on September 29, 2016 (Thursday) at Sta Cruz Elementary School, at 1:00 pm onwards.

Participants are the Mathematics Head Teachers and Key Administrators. Participants are advised to bring the following data:

1. Baseline data on numeracy level test(Grades 1-3 for elementary level and Grades 7-10 for secondary level) by school /by cluster
2. Status report on job embedded learning (JEL) per school
3. Baseline data on the utilization of tools to promote constructivist classroom in mathematics by school
4. Initial monitoring report on evaluating effective mathematics program by school
5. Numbers of students/pupils who attended the regular Saturday math program by grade level by school / by cluster
6. Results of the first periodical test by grade level by school….

DIRECTIVES FROM THE REGIONAL CLMD CHIEF
This is to inform all schools on the following directives from the Regional CLMD Chief, Dr. Erico M. Habijan

1. All Education Program Supervisors (EPS), Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS), Principals, Head Teachers and teachers are mandated to conduct researches relative to the problems, observations/ findings coming from the field. In consonance to this, please be ready for a research presentation during the conduct of C-DREAM scheduled on December 15-16, 2016.

2. We are on first part of the second quarter, hence, all necessary interventions to those pupils/students who were not able to meet the standards prescribed to their grade level are expected to be carried out by their respective teachers.

3. For the second grading period, all teachers and principals are advised to make SOSA (State of the School Address) or SOTA (State of the Teachers Address). SOTA and SOSA shall contain the result of the grading period including the school data/statistics, reminders, remedial plans, programs and projects to be taken up for the succeeding period.

4. All principals are also expected to have a consolidated performance of the pupils/students for the said grading period.

SECOND DIVSION SEMINAR ON PERSONAL SAFETY LESSON
The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas in coordination with the OPEN HEART FOUNDATION WORLDWIDE INC. shall sponsor a three (3) day seminar workshop to be held on October 26- 28, 2016 at 8:00 AM to 4 o’ clock in the afternoon at Dasmariñas II Central School Library.

This three-day Training Workshop aims to:
a. provide participants with an understanding on Personal Safety Lessons;
b. equip the participants with skills on how to conduct training on PSL in their respective schools;
c. capacitate participants in protecting school children from all forms of abuse and related case.

Participants to the training workshop are the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (ESP) and Araling Panlipunan teachers from Twenty Eight (28) Public Elementary Schools.

There will be no registration fee to be collected. Food for the participants shall be charged to division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Extension date of Screening of Athletes Credentials, Meeting of Designated Officiating Officials and Tournament Managers
The 2016 CITY DIVISION MEET for Regular, SPED and Alternative Learning System athletes shall be held at selected playing venues around Dasmariñas City on September 22-24, 2016.

Due to non-compliance to submit the credentials of some coaches by some Districts/Clusters, Public and Private Participating Schools to the Division Screening Accreditation Committee on the scheduled date ,there will be extension date of Screening of athletes credentials which will be done on September 19 -20, 2016 (8:00 am- 5:00 pm) at Sta. Cruz Elementary School. Please take note of the no complete papers; no play policy will be implemented.

Likewise there will be a meeting of all concerned Tournament Officials and some Officiating Officials stated below on September 19, 2016 (1:00 pm) at City Division conference hail. Please take note of the following personnel……
