Tomorrow morning, I’m doing something that makes me a little nervous—but in a good way.
I’ll be logging onto Zoom for a session with a key government agency—but this one feels different.
For the first time, I’m using my C.A.N.D.I.D. Conversations web app in a live workshop.
I’ve kept a low-key stance eversince I pivoted from my L&D career to AI.
I’m still, and will always be, a facilitator of learning. But as I discovered a new passion to build things with AI, I gathered the courage to create and launch an AI-powered tool despite doubts and second-guesses.
Because behind many hours of building and iterating, I’ve also been asking this question:
Can AI actually help us be more human?
In online meetings or sessions, it’s so easy for teams to stay in their own "bubbles." We hide behind muted mics, and real connection gets lost.
My goal tomorrow is to use AI to break that silence.
I’ve realized that this app isn't just a “piece of tech. “ It’s a bridge.
I’m going to use it to help leaders be more courageous and create psychological safety—which just means making sure everyone feels safe enough to speak up.
As a workshop facilitator and consultant, I want to create an environment where technology helps us us feel more connected, not less.
I know it’s not easy, but tomorrow is the first step in showing that’s possible.
Be Courageous. Then be Fearless.
I appreciate your support! I’ll let you know how Day 1 goes.

I was mindblown when I saw this throwback picture in my Facebook memories (I’m the guy on the right holding a piece of paper and a mic 😊).
I found myself asking these questions:
Who was this guy from 15 years ago?
Who is this guy now?
If my 2026 self had to share one powerful lesson to that guy from 2011, what would it be?
This is my personal challenge over the weekend — to reflect, seek, and act on what I will discover.
With your permission, I would like to extend this challenge to you.
Choose a picture of your old self, then ask yourself these questions (or more).
Whatever it is that you discover, I hope that it pushes you to take action, with a gentle reminder that the past is a place of reference, not a place of residence.
Here’s to a weekend of meaningful thought and reflection. 🙂

A couple of days ago, I collaborated with two awesome coaches to facilitate a workshop for a valued business partner.
While they expertly facilitated the face-to-face session, I provided onsite support by making sure the Zoom participants were engaged from start to finish.
The post-workshop survey result was very encouraging!
Pondering on the entire experience, I can say that while it’s personally rewarding for me to facilitate a workshop from beginning to end, team facilitation has it’s unique rewards as well.
Team facilitation ensures that each member can put more focus and energy on their assigned roles for the sake of the core goal. It also allows each facilitator to optimize and be efficient with time, knowing that each facilitator is allotted a few minutes to deliver and create impact.
Have you also facilitated workshops by yourself and with a team? What’s your experience like? What’s so rewarding for you?
Feel free to share on the comments. 🙂

Conducted an Orientation Session for 85 people who graciously accepted the challenge to Champion the 5S Philosophy in their respective departments, with a clear goal of building a culture of order and efficiency that is able to restore and strengthen the trust and confidence of their stakeholders.
Rooting for their Department to be ISO-compliant this year. 🙂

Between the departure of Nando and arrival of Opong, I conducted a workshop for our country’s prime mover in the field of Science and Technology.
It’s my first time to serve the agency, so after the two-day learning experience, a greater sense of appreciation developed because of my short but meaningful exposure to their world.
Bravo, DOST-STII! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is more than just a learning session — this was a meaningful “Conver-session.”
Learning through conversations is something I always lean on when facilitating group sessions.
This one is particularly special because we learned, reflected, and resolved to better manage time, life, and energy by looking at what the Holy Bible — the “Life Manual for Humans” says.
And by God’s grace and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I was able to share the Gospel to them. 🙏🏼😊
Thank you, Jesus! 🙌😇

Delighted to serve this healthcare team from the NCR Regional Office. Embracing the challenge of being the benchmark PRO is challenging, but they make it look easy.
Their desire to continuously learn and grow despite their workload is commendable. Salute! 🫡😀
