Vicissitude is excited to officially launch its Yearbook Delivery Service today, April 14, 2026 for the 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀.
This initiative, in partnership with the General Services Office (GSO), aims to provide a more convenient and accessible claiming option for our alumni, especially those who are unable to visit the campus in person.

📋 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘:

1️⃣ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: Accomplish the official delivery form here:

2️⃣ 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆: Once submitted, wait for an approval email from our team. This will contain your total delivery cost, payment instructions, and the link to submit your proof of payment.

3️⃣ 𝗣𝗮𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺: After you submit your proof of payment, we will verify the transaction.

4️⃣ 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵: Once confirmed, your yearbook will be packaged securely and forwarded for courier dispatch.

Please be informed that the Office of Vicissitude will be closed for onsite transactions tomorrow, April 9, 2026, in commemoration of the 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿.

Regular office operations will resume on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Please be informed that the Office of Vicissitude will be closed for onsite transactions from 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in transition to work-from-home modality. Additionally, our office will remain closed from 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in observance of the Holy Week.

The Office of Vicissitude will be temporarily closed for transactions tomorrow, March 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM for the Institutional Lenten Recollection.

Office operations will resume on the same day at 2:00 PM. Please be guided accordingly.

📌𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲

The Office of Vicissitude will be closed for transactions tomorrow, March 20, 2026, in observance of Eid'l Fitr.

Regular office operations will resume on the following day, March 21, 2026. Please be guided accordingly.

📌𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲

The Office of Vicissitude will be closed for transactions tomorrow, February 25, 2026, in commemoration of the EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary.

Regular office operations will resume on the following day, February 26, 2026. Please be guided accordingly.

The Office of Vicissitude will be closed for transactions tomorrow, February 17, 2026, in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

Regular office operations will resume on the following day, February 18, 2026. Please be guided accordingly.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 📌

Please be guided accordingly. The Office of Vicissitude will be closed for transactions from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM tomorrow, January 15, 2026.

Regular office operations will resume at 1:00 PM on the same day.

Please be advised that the Office of Vicissitude will be closed for all transactions from December 18, 2025 to January 10, 2026 in observance of the Christmas break.

Regular office operations will resume on January 12, 2026.
