🧠💙 PROJECT KAMUSTA: MENTAL HEALTH CHECK-IN BOOTH 💙🧠
📢 UPDATED SCHEDULE!
Due to the suspension of classes caused by the heavy rainfall, the launch of Project KAMUSTA has been adjusted. Instead of starting on Monday, last last week the activities will now begin on Monday, September 7, 2026, and continue through Monday and the following Thursday.
We understand that plans may change, but your well-being remains important. 💙 Here is the updated schedule for the Project KAMUSTA activities:
📝 MONDAY & TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 7&8 -INNER FEELINGS
Students may write their feelings, concerns, struggles, or experiences on sticky notes and place them inside the designated box. You may remain anonymous or use a fictional name or alias. All notes will be handled with respect and confidentiality.
💙 WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 – UPLIFT PREPARATION
Peer Facilitators will collect the notes, read them respectfully, and prepare supportive, encouraging, and uplifting responses for the messages shared.
🌟 THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 – UPLIFT DISPLAY
The uplifting responses will be displayed on the Uplift Side of the board as a reminder that support, encouragement, and hope are always available.
📱 On the left side of the board, you will also find a QR Code for Child Protection, Bullying Awareness, and Support Resources. If you need help or want to learn more about available support services, simply scan the QR code.
📍 Venue: Study Room
📅 New Official Launch: Monday, SEPTEMBER 7, 2026
💙 Your feelings matter.
🧠 Your voice is important.
✨ You are heard, valued, and never alone.
We look forward to seeing you at Project KAMUSTA. Let this be a space where you can express what you feel, receive encouragement, and remember that you are never alone. 💙
