Here’s the easy step-by-step enrollment process for Summer Term:

STEP 1: ADVISING SLIP
• Secure your Advising Slip from your respective Department look for the following:

CAS - Dean Alexis Castillo

CAHS - BSN - Mr. Daniel Riga
BSPSY - Ms. Angelica Arimuhanan
BSRT - Ms. Sheine Bawar

CMA - BSA and BSBA - Dean Jenjelyn Nuñez
BSCS - Ms. Maricon Olfindo
BSHM - Ms. Krizel Ramos

STEP 2: LOGIN TO SIS
• Visit the official portal: sis-sjcdc.phinma.edu.ph
• Access your account using the Username and Password.

STEP 3: UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION
• Navigate to Student Details > Student Management > Student Information.
• Review and update your Personal Information, Address Details, and Course Details to keep your records current.

STEP 4: DOWN PAYMENT
• Navigate to Student Details > Student Management > Down payment.
• Click the "Pay" button. You may proceed to the Cashier on campus to settle your summer down payment.

STEP 5: SUBJECT ENLISTMENT
• Navigate to Student Details > Student Management > Student Enlistment.
• Select your specific subjects by strictly following the Advising Slip provided by your department.

• On-Campus Assistance: You may use the available computers at Room 2W-217 to complete your enlistment.
• Note: Your selection will be subject to final approval by your academic advisers.

STEP 6: PRINT ORF
• Once your enlistment is approved and the process is complete, proceed to Room 2W-216 to have your Official Registration Form (ORF) printed for your personal records.
Highly encourage to do on campus summer enrollment process to give you better assistance.

These are students who are currently finishing 1st Year and will officially move up to 2nd Year next term.
