HOW TO REGISTER (From MARCH 16 to APRIL 30, 2024 only):

Registration guidelines

1. Deposit/pay the appropriate amount of Registration Fee. PM US FOR BANK DETAILS (PAYMENT DETAILS ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE GOOGLE FORM LINK)

2. Visit the link: http://forms.gle/WbXgECWCzB8zFjBK8

3. Accomplish the required information. Attach one (1) PDF file only in the google form containing the following documents:
(a) Proof of payment
- Must include the complete destination account number and date and time of payment.
- For Gcash or Maya transactions – screenshot of proof of payment with Reference Number.
(b) Either of the following:
APPLICANT IS A COLLEGE GRADUATE: Photocopy of Transcript of Records OR Diploma OR Certificate of Graduation to prove that the applicant is a business course graduate (not required on PACTT members who will only attend the seminar).
APPLICANT IS A COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE: Certification issued by the Dean / Dept. Chair / Registrar indicating that the applicant have passed a 3-unit solid taxation subject.
CPAs (interested to earn CPD units) - copy of PRC ID
PACTT MEMBERS - Copy of CTT or DIT ID card

4. Upon successfully filling-in the google form, kindly wait while we process your application. If there is a problem on your application, you will be contacted by the office.

5. Further instructions relative to and before the start of the review/ seminar will be sent thru e-mail or private fb group.
