A single donation can make a life-saving difference—be the reason someone gets another chance to live. ✨

🩺 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗥 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
✅ Age: 16–59 years old
• Ages 16–17 years old must have a parent/guardian or consent letter
• Ages 60–65 years old are accepted only if regular donor
✅ Weight: At least 50 kg (110 lbs)
✅ Requirements:
• Must have at least 8 hours of sleep
• No cough or colds
• Must pass blood pressure and hemoglobin check
✅ For Female Donors:
• Subject to hemoglobin and BP check
• Subject to physician’s advice

❓ May tattoo?
Yes, donors with tattoos are allowed as long as the tattoo is more than one (1) year old.

💪𝑹𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚!

The Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter – Silang Branch, together with WISAR Cavite Chapter, successfully held a Basic Rope Rescue Training for our committed volunteers on February 21, 2026.

This hands-on training strengthened their skills in rope systems, knot-tying, and safe rescue operations ensuring they are fully prepared to serve the community when emergencies arise.
